At W+K, a very important person once gave a speech.

“You’re born a thousand lives and die as one.”

I think he meant it to be inspiring.
I felt a tremor in my chest. My curiosity feared exactly that.

I dabble in a lot of things,

I used to dream of being a singer, a teacher, a historian, a photojournalist,

an artist, a graphic designer, sometimes shamefully a DJ.

I now do a lot of these things in my spare time.

You can find me singing Valerie at Karaoke.

Falling down Youtube conspiracy rabbitholes.

Or willingly sacrificing my eardrums at underground music venues.

I live on my Cosmos and Are.na app romanticizing a more creative life.

And visit groceries stores to examine new design packaging.

Sometimes, I model for fun.

And in the many things that I love to do, 

I always end in photography that makes my 9-5 feel a little less 9-5 with a website here

Not sure if that makes me a better strategist,

or that I was meant to love all these things,

to live a thousand lives,
to try them on,
to borrow their rhythms and tensions,
and then choose which parts of you get to live in the work.
